Yes, up to the pick-up time. Until the partner's deadline it's free; after that, the partner's fee is kept — taken only from what you paid online — and the rest comes back to you. Each partner sets its own deadline (Elos does not impose a single one), and it's on the vehicle page, at checkout and in your confirmation email.
A valid driving licence and an identity document (ID card or passport). Some companies also ask for a card in the main driver's name — when that is the case, it is shown on the car page.
Yes. The total you see upfront includes the car, taxes and all mandatory fees. Optional extras (child seat, additional driver) are only added if you choose them.
When the partner company offers it. Not all do: it depends on them covering both points and having the service enabled. If it exists for the vehicle you picked, the option and the one-way fee appear at checkout.
