Frequently asked questions

It depends on the plan, and it is published on the cards above: the higher the plan, the lower the percentage. It applies only to bookings made online, through the Elos site. What you record at the counter pays no commission.

No. You keep receiving bookings from other channels (your own site, the counter, other platforms). We only ask that you keep availability up to date, to avoid double bookings.

For a booking through the site, the customer pays the commission online, which confirms the booking, and pays you the rest at the counter, at pick-up. On the Enterprise plan you can take everything online: Elos transfers the amount to you in a monthly payout, with refunds deducted.

Yes, with no commission. Bookings you record at the counter sit in the same dashboard as those from the site, with the contract and the invoice.

There is no lock-in: you can leave whenever you want, with no penalty. We only ask that you honour bookings already confirmed.

No. Elos Business works in the browser, on a computer or a phone. If you already use another system, talk to us about integration.

Valid insurance on every vehicle, inspections up to date, replies to requests within 24 hours, and free cancellation for customers — without demanding more than 48 hours’ notice (you can demand less, and it is better for the customer). The rest is agreed when you join.

What the dashboard does, and the commission. Pro adds fleet management — inspections, fines, expenses, maintenance and results per vehicle — and Enterprise adds full online payment and your own brand. API integration (Elos Connect) is not part of any plan: it is switched on by request, just talk to us. The commission falls from plan to plan: the figures are on the cards above. Paid plans start with a free trial, and the monthly fee comes with the proposal.

There is no automatic charge. When the trial ends, the company goes back to the Free plan and the Free commission, and loses the paid plan's features. To stay on a paid plan, just talk to us.
